Lonestar Zine Fest 2025!

Thank you for such an amazing experience at the Lone Star Zine Fest October 2025. This year exceeded my expectations. Although every year the vibes are perfect and inclusive. I always look forward to tabling when I get accepted. I have been fortunate to participate for the last two years in a row. Bodiestoobare is also tabling at the Houston Zine Fest on November 15th. I am very excited about where we can go! I met some amazing people this year and delighted to have seen familiar faces from the year before.

I was nervous because this year was my first time tabling BOTH DAYS! I was grateful to be accepted and went right work creating zines about sex education, human trafficking, reproductive rights, Queer Liberation, consent and boundaries.

Bathroom selfie is a must every zine fest!

I met this really cool married couple on Day one of the Zine Fest. The husband explained to me how he specifically sought out my work and written my name down to come up to meet me at the festival. I felt honored knowing that. My heart was so full meeting him and when he asked me to sign my illustration I almost cried. That level of support is what keeps me going. It is what keep me designing and creating pushing my self each day. He reached out to me Monday October 13th stating her wrote a blog about the event and featured me on his website. It was an amazing honor!!

Please go check out his work and support him and his wife. DUNGEONS AND POSSUMS (dungeonsandpossums.com)

HOUSTON ZINE FEST 2025: MY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE.

I got the opportunity to table for the first time at the Houston Zine Fest and it was amazing. The Orange Show Center of Visionary Arts was so welcoming and opening. Meeting so many exhibitors and guests. I had so many positive interactions here too that it was equally overwhelming. There were so many different walks of life but a lot were interested in knowing more about safe sex and setting boundaries.

Half Table set up went very well. Super breezy and has great open air at this location, I loved it!

Safe Sex, NSFW Short Stories, DITL of an SW, Adults Guide, Slut’s Guide and more zines I created!

bodiestoobare zine will be tabling at “HO-HO-HO-HOLIDAYS MARKET W/ PEACHFUZZ MAG. It is in Austin TX Dec 21st, 2025.
NEW ZINES AND ILLUSTRATIONS TO COME!

PRIDE 2025: LGBTQIA+ Activists and Leaders Throughout History.

HAPPY PRIDE MONTH! We intend on celebrating PRIDE well beyond the month of June! Bodies Too Bare Zine is here to spread the right information about things we can all do to help our fellow man or woman. They or Them. We all have the right to basic human rights, healthcare, voting rights, mental health wellness, marriage rights, and more! So much more needs to be done to normalize treating iindividuals from this community with love and respect!

I designed this to organize my thoughts on this subject matter. It is so frustrating to think so many people do not want other humans to have basic rights. They deserve access to healthcare, they deserve the right to get married and start families, the right to show love and appreciation for their partners like any one else.

Sexual Identity and how you choose to present yourself to society shouldn’t be judged so harshly. Especially if you aren’t willing to take the time to get to know the person for who they are before making assumptions of their personality simply based off of their sexual identity.

Sexual identity has been described as a component of an individual's identity that reflects their sexual self-concept. The integration of the respective identity components (e.g. moral, religious, ethnic, occupational) into a greater overall identity is essential to the process of developing the multi-dimensional construct of identity.

Sexual identity can change throughout an individual's life, and may or may not align with biological sex, sexual behavior, or actual sexual orientation.
