Bodies Too Bare
KNOW WHAT RIGHTS YOU DO HAVE WHEN DEALING WITH ICE:
You have the right to remain silent and do not have to discuss your immigration or citizenship status with police, immigration agents, or other officials. Anything you tell an officer can later be used against you in immigration court.
If an immigration agent asks if they can search you, you have the right to say no. Agents do not have the right to search you or your belongings without your consent or probable cause.(Si no es ciudadano estadounidense y un agente de inmigración le solicita sus documentos migratorios, debe mostrarlos si los tiene consigo. Si un agente de inmigración le pregunta si puede registrarlo, tiene derecho a negarse. Los agentes no tienen derecho a registrarlo a usted ni a sus pertenencias sin su consentimiento o causa probable.)

HAPPY PRIDE MONTH! We intend on celebrating PRIDE well beyond the month of June! Bodies Too Bare Zine is here to spread the right information about things we can all do to help our fellow man or woman. They or Them. We all have the right to basic human rights, healthcare, voting rights, mental health wellness, marriage rights, and more! So much more needs to be done to normalize treating iindividuals from this community with love and respect!
I designed this to organize my thoughts on this subject matter. It is so frustrating to think so many people do not want other humans to have basic rights. They deserve access to healthcare, they deserve the right to get married and start families, the right to show love and appreciation for their partners like any one else.
Sexual Identity and how you choose to present yourself to society shouldn’t be judged so harshly. Especially if you aren’t willing to take the time to get to know the person for who they are before making assumptions of their personality simply based off of their sexual identity.
Sexual identity has been described as a component of an individual's identity that reflects their sexual self-concept. The integration of the respective identity components (e.g. moral, religious, ethnic, occupational) into a greater overall identity is essential to the process of developing the multi-dimensional construct of identity.
Sexual identity can change throughout an individual's life, and may or may not align with biological sex, sexual behavior, or actual sexual orientation.
